What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept credit cardvia Paypal or Paypal balance/funds, all orders via money orders/wire transfer must be emailed in and only purchases over $100 is eligible.
How do I track my shipment?
Email us for a tracking number, then wait 14 days before utilizing your local post's Track & Confirm service together with your tracking number for detailed results of shipment. For U.S. residents, kindly logon to USPS to track your parcel. Please note that we do not guarantee tracking facilities in all countries, such as the U.K. In such cases, kindly contact us for assistance.
Why is my item labelled a different size than the one I ordered?
All sizes recommended in Harajuku have been adjusted to Western sizing. Check measurements provided to be sure of fit. When you receive your item, sizes may differ on the label attached to the garment as they are true to Asian sizing. Asian sizing run smaller than the Western. Rest assured, despite the slight variance, the measurements of the garments are the same.
Do you ship to an international address?
Yes, to most countries in the world except Africa, most of South America and Israel. Please click on "Terms" at the bottom of our page for combined shipping rates.
Do you accept returns
Applicable only for items that have been highly misrepresented or damaged. We do not accept returns for items that require minor sewing repair or do not meet your expectations in fitting or liking. Reimbursements are given in the form of redelivery only. Redelivery is subjected to product availability. Cash refunds will be given only on case to case basis. No reimbursements will be given for shipping charges that occur during return/exchange. Original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns/exchanges
